Operations Associate

Grigor Gundrachyan is a member of VartanianCRE, a commercial real estate investment team operating under Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate. Currently pursuing a double major in Management and Financial Analysis at California State University, Northridge, Grigor has a strong interest in commercial real estate, finance, and investment analysis.

As part of the VartanianCRE team, Grigor helps support the operational side of the firm's real estate business by assisting with multiple tasks and the day-to-day processes involved in serving clients. Working alongside a team with more than 30 years of combined industry experience, he contributes to the professional execution of multifamily investment sales while helping maintain the high level of service and attention to detail that clients expect from VartanianCRE.

Outside of work, Grigor enjoys traveling, spending time with family, playing soccer, and following real estate and financial markets.
