Derrick Vartanian is a First Vice President with Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate, Inc. and a trusted real estate advisor specializing in the acquisition, disposition, valuation, and exchange of residential and commercial real estate throughout Southern California. With more than 21 years of industry experience, Derrick has built a reputation for delivering exceptional results through a combination of market knowledge, strategic guidance, and unwavering client advocacy.

He advises private investors, family trusts, estate representatives, bankruptcy trustees, receivers, and fiduciaries on the valuation, marketing, negotiation, and disposition of investment real estate assets ranging from small private holdings to complex court-supervised transactions.

Derrick began his real estate career with J.V.C. & Associates, LLC, where he was involved in the development and management of both residential and commercial properties. He later joined RE/MAX Commercial Brokerage, where he quickly established himself as one of the office's top-producing agents. In 2008, he played an instrumental role in launching the commercial division at Keller Williams Santa Monica, helping build one of the region's most successful KW Commercial teams.

Throughout his career, Derrick has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of transactions, earning a reputation for his attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and ability to navigate complex deals from inception through closing.

A graduate of the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business, Derrick earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double emphasis in Real Estate Finance and Development. He remains actively involved in the Los Angeles commercial real estate community and is dedicated to helping clients maximize the value of their investments through informed decision making and strategic execution.
